Daisy was opened by Alistair Bullock & Alex Brownbridge in 2024.
The concept for Daisy has always been clear to us – a cocktail bar that focuses on crafting high quality drinks, whilst retaining a casual and energetic atmosphere.
We found our basement oasis in late 2023, and got to work immediately. The space is unique, intimate and perfectly suited to our concept.
We’re extremely excited to provide our hometown with a bar that highlights our shared love for all things drinks, tunes and hospitality.
